ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) to our online store within 30 days of receiving the products.

To log an online return, please fill out the form on this page. Unfortunately, we do not exchange sizes or change to a different style for return. 

Please note that returned products must be: 

            • Returned back to Homyped online
            • Returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked
            • Returned in the original packaging (shoe box placed inside a satchel bag or another box)

Items marked 'Final Sale' at time of purchase are ineligible for a return, unless the style is faulty. 

CHECKING SIZE ONLINE BEFORE ORDERING

We recommend using our size chart or our shoe finder for guidance to find your perfect fit before placing an order online.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned shoes, we will issue the refund back to the Credit Card or Payment Gateway (Paypal, Afterpay or Zippay) used during your purchase.

If you purchased your item for return as a guest, you can log your return by filling in the form below. Once you have logged your guest return, you will receive an email with further instructions.
