Online Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of purchase.
Any product(s) purchased online at homyped.com.au must be returned online. All shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked, and in the original packaging.
To log an online return, follow the Online Returns instructions on the right.
Free return postage is available on Full Price products only, or on a transaction containing at least one Full Price product.
To return a Non-Full Price (Sale) Product, in this case the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
If you would like to try a different size, colour or even a different shoe, please place your order for the new shoe as soon as possible to ensure they are available and then follow the returns process to return your unwanted pair for a refund. Your return will be processed as a refund against the credit card supplied at purchase.

Orders placed prior to February 12th 2018
For all orders placed prior to February 12th 2018, please click here log your online return and follow the instructions provided.
For all orders placed after February 13th 2018, simply login to My Account which is located at the top right hand side of our website. Then navigate to the left hand side of your Account Dashboard and look for Online Returns button. Simply follow the instructions to log your online return.
If you purchased your item for return as a guest, you can log your return by filling in the form below. Once you have logged your guest return, you will receive an email with further instructions.
