Where can I find the style I am looking for?
If you know the name of the product you are looking for, simply type this into our search bar at the top of our website and click search icon. The product should appear if it is in stock. We are continually updating our range so keep an eye out for our ‘New Arrivals’ and be the first to shop our new collection here.

How do I find out more about your products?
We try to provide as much product information as we can about all of our styles, including a full list of features on each product page, as well as imagery and sizing for all of our shoes. What size should I order?
At homyped we specialise in a variety of width fittings and each of our styles has its own specific width fitting. We understand that each foot is unique and the style of shoe can determine the size and fit on your foot, so we always recommend visiting your nearest homyped stockist for a personalised fitting and to try on some different styles. You can easily refer to our online size conversion chart that is featured on each product page. Alternatively, you can measure your homyped size and width fitting against our Foot Sizing Guide.

If I take a particular size in one shoe, should the others the same size fit me even if I don't try them first?
We’d always recommend visiting your local homyped stockist for a fitting. The style and design features of the particular shoe can determine the size and fit, as some styles may have more adjustable features for example than others, so you could potentially be a narrower or wider fit in that specific style. ORDERING ONLINE

How do I place an online order?
Ordering online is easy! Simply find the style(s) you are looking for; select your colour and size and then ‘Add to Cart’. You will then see the items in your cart appear on the right hand side of your screen. You can either ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or ‘View Cart’. The steps through our secure checkout are easy to follow but if you would like any assistance, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help! How will I know I have successfully placed my online order?
After you’ve placed your order, you will see a ‘Thank You for Your Order’ notification on-screen, along with your order number. You will also receive an email letting you know that we have successfully received your order.
You are also able to view all of your relevant order information by logging into ‘My Account’, where you can view your order progress.

I’m trying to order online but my size is not appearing. Why is this?
If your size is not appearing under the ‘size’ dropdown menu, it means the style is out of stock online. We’d be happy to inform you if/when the style is back in stock! Which method of payment can I use?

Can I change my online order details after order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it. That includes changing the delivery address or payment method.

I am having issues placing my order. What do I do?
Please double check that you have entered your details correctly at the checkout, as incorrect or incomplete details will cause orders to fail. We recommend registering an online account where you can easily manage and store your details.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at homyped without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Proceed through the checkout faster
  • Check the status of your online orders
  • View past orders
  • Keep your account information up to date

DELIVERY

Do you offer international delivery?
Shipping is currently available to postal addresses within Australia only.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and another when your order has been dispatched. You can also log in to ‘My Account’ and view your orders progress.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery date for your orders is dependent on your delivery location. We estimate delivery to you within:

  • Metro addresses: 3-7 business days.
  • Regional addresses: please allow an additional 1 – 2 days

Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturday’s, Sunday’s or on Victorian public holidays.

Can I view/track my online order?
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse however all orders are delivered by Australia Post. You will receive an email from Australia Post with details on how to track your order. The terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post can be found under the Australia Post link: click here

  • Registered users can login to ‘My Account’ and track the progress of the order.
  • Guest users can log a return request by filling in their details here

Do you offer free shipping?
A flat rate of $9AUD (GST inclusive) postage will be charged for any order less than $100AUD.
Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia over $100AUD.

How do I return/exchange shoes ordered online?
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are unhappy with any product(s) that you purchased online for any reason, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of purchase. Please click here for our Returns policy.
