Where can I find the style I am looking for?

If you know the name of the product you are looking for, simply type this into our search bar at the top of our website and click search icon. The product will appear if it is in stock. We are continually updating our range, so keep an eye out for our ‘New Arrivals’ and be the first to shop our new collection here.

How do I find out more about your products?

We try to provide as much product information as we can about all of our styles, including a full list of features on each product page, as well as imagery and sizing for all of our shoes. Please don’t hesitate to contact us on 1800 331 143 or email [email protected] if you have any questions. We're available weekdays between 9am – 5pm (AEST).

What size should I order?

We understand that every foot has a unique shape and structure, which is why we provide a range of shoes that not only differ in length, but width too. Use our Fitting Guide to find your perfect Homyped fit!

Ordering online

How do I place an online order?

Simply find the style(s) you are looking for, select your colour and size and then ‘Add to Cart’. You will then see the items in your cart appear on the right hand side of your screen. You can either ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or ‘View Cart’. Next you'll just have to finalise your order. If you would like any assistance, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help. How will I know I have successfully placed my online order?

After you’ve placed your order, you will see a ‘Thank you for your order’ notification on your screen, along with your order number. You will also receive an email letting you know that we have successfully received your order.

You are also able to view all of your relevant order information by logging into ‘My Account’, where you can view your order progress.

I’m trying to order online, but it's not available

If you hover over a size that we do not have in stock, you will see the words 'Out of stock' and a button appear that says 'Find a stockist.' To find a stockist, simply click on the size you're after and then click on 'Find a stockist,' which will take you to out Stockist Locator page. Which method of payment can I use?

Can I change my online order after I've placed it?

As we dispatch on the same day of ordering, it may be too late to change your addresss. However please give us a call on 1800 331 143 during weekdays between 9am – 5pm (AEST).and we will do our best.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Not at all, however registering with us will enable you to be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Proceed through the checkout faster
  • Check the status of your online orders
  • View past orders
  • Keep your account information up to date

Delivery

Do you offer international delivery?

No sorry, we ship within Australia only.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You'll receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and another email when your order has been dispatched. You can also log in to ‘My Account’ and view your orders progress.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery date for your order is dependent on your delivery location. We estimate delivery to you within:

  • Metro addresses: 3-7 business days.
  • Regional addresses: please allow an additional 1 – 2 days

Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or on Victorian public holidays.here

Can I view/track my online order?

You sure can. Australia Post will send emails to track your order and notify when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The terms and conditions of delivery can be found under the Australia Post link: here. Registered users can also login to ‘My Account’ and track the progress of the order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do. We offer free shipping for all orders over $120 AUD.

A flat rate of $12 AUD (GST inclusive) postage will be charged for any order less than $120 AUD.

Returns

How do I return/exchange shoes ordered online?

We want you to love your Homypeds as much as we do. If you're unhappy with any product(s) that you purchased online (excluding Final Sale items), you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of purchase. Please view our Returns Policy here.

Can I return styles marked 'Final Sale'? 

Unfortuantely we don't allow Final Sale products to be returned. However if the product is faulty, our normal return process applies.

Can I change the size or style?

Unfortunately we can't do this in our system. However if you need to purchase a different size or design, you can return the product first and then purchase the size or design you require.
