Online Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of recieving the products.
Any product(s) purchased online at homyped.com.au must be returned back to homyped online. All shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked, and in the original packaging (we will not accept shoe returns if the original shoe box is taped closed).
Once we recieve the returned shoes we shall issue the refund back to the Credit Card or Payment Gateway (Paypal, Afterpay or Zippay) you have used during your purchase.
Unfortunately we do not exchange sizes or change to a different style for returns.
To log an online return, follow the Online Returns instructions on the right.
Free return postage is available on Full Price products only, or on a transaction containing at least one Full Price product. A return label will be emailed to you once you lodged the reutrns in our Online section.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for Non-Full Price (using promocode to get discount)/(Sale) Product/Spend & Save Offer.

LOG AN ONLINE RETURN
Please ensure you have read our Returns Policy before lodging a return.
Simply login to My Account which is located at the top right hand side of our website. Then navigate to the left hand side of your Account Dashboard and look for Online Returns button. Simply follow the instructions to log your online return.
If you purchased your item for return as a guest, you can log your return by filling in the form below. Once you have logged your guest return, you will receive an email with further instructions.
